). Expect in trade deals, 50% of your payment is due upon receipt of the comission (when you send your model). The remainder is due upon completion. I accept Paypal from everyone and Money Order's, Direct Deposit and Cheques from Australian residents. If you are an international client and do not have Paypal, please contact me to discuss an international money order.
). I understand that "life happens" and payments can become hard - in these cases, we can discuss monthly time payments and in other cases, even discuss the option of a trade for something on my "trades/want" list (I do prefer to organise trades before any work is completed, so this will come as a last resort). Once completed, the model will stay in my hands until paid in full - I also reserve the right to show these completed customs at any Live Shows I attend (usually only one or two a year if possible). Please never hestiate to email me if times become tough, I am a very understanding and patient person.
). Time Payments are an option - although I do reserve the right to cancel the payment plan if you have constantly gone outside of the guidelines we have agreed to. IE: If we agreed on payments over 3 months and I have heard nothing from you for 6 weeks after the final payment is due after repeated attempts to contact you, then I will cancel the comission/sale and all previous payments will not be refunded.
). I am not a fast worker, never have being, never will be. Unfortunatly I do take my time with pieces because I like to send them out when I'm happy with the finish - I don't take years to do things though! However, I do ask that you are understanding of my time restraints to work and paint on pieces (I have real horses, real family and unfortunatly, pain issues that stop me painting every waking moment) and you are patient, I will keep you updated on the progress of your piece though. If you want a piece painted within two weeks, please find another artist so we both stay happy and sane with one another - like I said, I can't do that fast a turn-around.
). ALL my sales and comissions are sent via Australia Post WITH insurance. No expections. If you want your piece insured for over $250 then there will be an extra charge and you will be required to pay for the actual cost of insurance (please email me for a quote). If any damage is occured during shippment then you will have to take up the insurance claim with Australia Post. I do, however, take extreme care when wrapping and packing your beloved horse's, resin, plastic or otherwise, however I unfortunatly cannot control someone's butt mistaking your box for a chair during shipment, hence the reason for insurance.
). I can do touch-up's on models that I have painted, but only if the model stays in the original owner's hands - if you sell the model on, then this free policy is void. All that is required is that you pay shipping to me, and pay for return shipping (and insurance) back to you when the touch-up is complete. Please email me before you send your model though, so I know to expect it and can slot you in.
